Protection of well-known trademarks in China

Polish Research Centre for Law and Economy of China has the honour to invite you to the Polish-Asian Gathering at the University of Warsaw. This time we will focus on the issue of protection of well-known trademarks in China.

The keynote speaker is Michał Nita, sinology and law graduate from the University of Warsaw, a lawyer in IP&TMT Department of Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm. Agenda:
